Fantastic experience with Triumph Roofing! Daniel Comstock came by to inspect my roof after some tiles were shifted by the wind. He was extremely patient, polite, and welcoming. My neighbor had a roof leak and Joe white (Triumph Roofing) came and repaired it in the rain....that impressed me so I asked for his card. About a year later I thought I spotted some displaced tiles on the roof of my two story house and called Joe to ask if he knew any roofers who could do a survey of the roof using a drone, He did not know of any but said that he had a drone and would be glad to do it. He came here this morning and did the survey and found a couple of slipped tiles so he went up onto the two story roof and glued the tiles back in place. He then went the "extra mile" and inspected the rest of the roof and found more slipped tiles where he expected to find them. He repaired them all. Joe is a well spoken gentleman who knows his stuff and does not charge what he is worth. I did pay him more that he asked and he was a little reluctant to take it.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  They gave a very thorough inspection and have submitted to insurance for hail damage. Not surprisingly insurance has turned down the claim. Triumph resent the photos and were very precise in describing the hail damage and how it will affect the performance of the roof during rain. We are way to hear back. I am very impressed with there integrity! Austin has done a great job keeping me up to date on the situation!! Great job Austin!

Triumph Roofing removed the older concrete tiles, replaced the damaged plywood/fascia and new installed new Ultra Synthetic underlayment.  They brought the house up to code by adding the bird-stop and trim on the edges of the rounded tiles. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job during  the hot June weather.  The before and after pictures, as well as pictures of the progress kept me up to date with the progress of the new roof.
